This Privacy Policy explains how CirqTap (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and join our waitlist. We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

Email address — when you join the waitlist, so we can contact you about early access and launch.
Basic usage data — anonymized, aggregated information about how the site is used (for example, page views), to help us improve it.

We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any sensitive information at the waitlist stage.

2. How we use your information

To notify you about early access, launch dates, and important product updates.
To respond to questions you send us.
To understand and improve how our website performs.

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and every email includes a way to opt out.

3. Legal basis

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we process your email on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We keep your email for as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you ask us to remove it. Once you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your email from active lists.
